Overview of the institutional rules, administration, and membership structure

Short Title & Jurisdiction: Formally designated as the "Rules and Regulations of the Institute of Tourism & Hospitality Crafts (Karnataka) Society, Pushpagiri", with its registered office situated in Bangalore/Karnataka.
Society Membership: Chaired by the Secretary of Tourism, Karnataka Government, and includes representatives from the Central Ministry of Tourism, State Finance Department, NCHMCT New Delhi, IHM Bangalore, and regional hotel associations.
Board of Governors: Vested with general superintendence and control over institutional property, department formations, fee structures, and staff conditions of service subject to State Government approval.
Executive & Finance Committee: Functions as both the Executive and Finance Committee, ensuring board decisions are implemented and meeting at least once every three months.
Principal & Accounts: The Principal serves as the academic/executive officer and secretary to all committees, managing annual budgets and audited statements submitted to the State Government.
